Welcome to your Hypnosis Session today!  In today’s session you will find deep healing towards anger and the release of this emotion and the stored associations in your psyche. 


The varying scale of emotions that we experience as humans on a day to day basis have a profound effect on our physiological state daily as well as our mental state.  Anger is one of the most difficult emotions to move through and be able to transcend which has huge impacts on anxiety, stress, high blood pressure, our digestive system, our blood flow, our metabolism, our eyesight, our bone density, our fatty acid level, chronic heart disease and strokes.  The worst part when observing anger and the emotional repercussions is that it also has a deep correlation to a high death rate because of irregular heart palpitations that are felt by patients experiencing cardiac arrest.  Anger is no joke and repression is no way to live! 


The stress reactions of anger are triggered from fear, disappointment, judgement, rejection, and frustration, which all affect the biochemicals within the body preventing a happy state of living if emotions are repressed and left unaddressed.  Unfortunately,  suppressing emotions, whether it's anger, sadness, grief or frustration, can lead to physical stress on your body. The effect is the same, even if the core emotion differs in a slight variation which can lead to disease, stress and anxiety, as well as panic attacks.  This is one of the reasons why I believe that getting to the root of one’s anger and finding new coping mechanisms and ways to align to a higher perspective and way of handling life will deeply help your healing journey.  


In today’s hypnosis session, I guide your subconscious mind to create new associations to help you when dealing with anger to relieve stress and anxiety towards the situation though to also help instill within you new operating habits such as:
