Confident Interview Skills to Land Your Dream Job Hypnosis Session (25 mins)

Let's talk about landing your dream job!  The process of showing up to an interview can wreak stress on the nerves and create nervousness even way prior to showing up to your interview which could definitely prevent you from landing your dream job.  Not today! Not anymore! That's why I created this powerful dynamic stacked hypnosis session to help you in every way possible to crush your interview! 

As you find yourself going into your interview it is my best intention to position you in a place subconsciously to beat out your competitors with a natural ease of confidence that allows your best traits to be highlighted by helping you drill in some crucial interview skils subconsciously prior too!  You will find that this will be your leading edge in being able to attract, manifest and land your dream job and or right near close to it. Your subconscious mind is so powerful when it gains that clarity to have a healthy self esteem and be able to walk into any room and crush it!

In today’s sessions I will be helping you instill the basics and some amazing tips:

1.  To be able to create a deep knowing of the company you are applying for and of the position you are going for in order to familiarize yourself with the company’s desires, vision, and areas that the assets you bring that could be of direct impact for the company.  Since you can almost presume your competitors are doing the very research also we want to make sure that you don’t take yourself out of the running by going in unequipped. Having a strong reason on your behalf will help greatly as to why you want to work for this company to be able to display the passion all throughout your interview.  Since your future employer will be looking for people on their team with an aligned vision, we want you to be that and willingly demonstrate it by showing your research skills in your communication.
2. Identify what your main skill sets are and how you can contribute value to the company. Think of successes that you have had and or are ready to develop based on your studies and drive to do so.  What can you do to bring this team/company to added layers of being able to thrive by having you on the team? By highlighting yourself in specific detail aside from the cliche statements of willing to “work hard” though you will be, you will leave a lasting impression.
3. Sharpen your communication skills! Here is where you will be practicing all that you have empowered yourself with not only in the mirror, but out loud and on a subconscious level as you visualize it and feel the comfort into it.  In today’s session we will be driving into you the deep confidence to know that you have what it takes, you can express it naturally with ease and that you are armed for answering questions and asking them the same. Getting into a position of alignment knowing your bring value will help with your posture and to truly see if this company is also a good fit for you as they also get the gift of having you on the team.  I mean, you could choose anywhere to work, though you are choosing them! Time to act like it. You bring the goods of being yourself into this ambiance also, so being able to articulate what you have done in your past experiences that highlights the best attributes, skills sets and value that you will be contributing is key! Don’t be afraid to role play with a friend and or in front of the mirror to make sure you look and sound your best!
4. Arm yourself with empowering questions so that you can truly demonstrate your intelligence, and qualifications.  This is the opportunity for you to get to really get to know how it is that you can make an impact here on the job, what the day to day workload is like for the interview to get a grasp on what it would be like to work there from someone who already does, and also give the interviewer a rest by taking charge of the empty space in between questions that they have for you by displaying true genuine interest.  Show your communication skills and what it would be like to have you on the team by really shining in your interview conversation. As you give the interviewer some space to talk about themselves in their journey you will become much more memorable and not just go straight to the bottom of the pile by showing your character in addition to your qualifications. This is key! Help yourself to be remembered. You are likeable, remember that!
5. Keep stress and pressure away by being on time, arrive early, have your materials easily accessible on hand or in a folder/binder, and truly shine as an organized individual because first impressions are everything!  Your future employer is going to be paying attention to the details and to keep a calm cool collected posture on your behalf it’s crucial that you give yourself time to be early, prep for the unexpected, and have extra copies of your resume, references, and have everything required of you already submitted so you can have time to go over your notes, selling points, experience and anything else that you have brought in materials to make yourself shine.
6. Have a confident posture! Your body says a lot about how you feel about yourself so make sure that during your interview, you are holding a powerful stance and keeping your head up high, shoulders up right, you have a powerful handshake, eyes make contact, have a warm energy, a smile of excitement, and a clear voice to communicate at a tone that is an appropriate volume.  Wearing your best outfit will held you uphold your best attitude so make sure you dress to impress and dress for your best energy to exude outwardly. People can sense if you are completely uncomfortable so practice your body language in the mirror and it will help and take lots of deep breaths as it will aide to a feeling of being relaxed that translates as confidence.
7. The fortune is in the follow up!  Don’t forget to follow up after the interview so you can express not only your gratitude for the opportunity, their time, though also to express a detail or two that you appreciated about the interview so you can make yourself more identifiable to the interviewer.  With grace and ease! Keep the email unique and make sure that you address them correctly and get everyone’s names right
