Breathwork is one of the most immense ways to connect with your higher self as well as to create a deep sensation of healing in the body. It has been found that trauma is also deeply stored in the body and in the nervous system which creates added stress and anxiety along with undesired tension filled pressure.
Through today's beginner session of breathwork, I will be guiding you to take a deep series of breaths so that we can help you to process any trauma in your body through tapping into a very easy breathing technique. You won't need anything other than to relax, close the eyes, and go on a breathing journey of which you can only do a million right ways. It's highly imperative that in your healing journey you learn to connect to your breath as it has so many transcendental benefits, one of which is releasing tension and anxiety. Through the gentle art of breathing, you will be reminded of the innate safety that can be tapped into by simply breathing.
There are many different styles of breathwork, though today you will just be learning a basic technique and be able to breath alongside with me as you relax into zen. I hope you enjoy and keep consistent with your practice!
To have the best effects, listen to these sessions in a relaxed state prior to sleep with headphones. As time continues and you keep listening to your session, you find that your process of relaxation deepens. Remember, your mind is a muscle and using it requires repetition. Let’s strengthen it! Stay committed and watch your powers unfold before your waking eyes. Take note of all the amazing experiences that will begin to “randomly” happen and you’ll begin to become aware that it’s not random at all! So enjoy!
