Healing CoDependency Hypnosis Session (35 mins)

In today's hypnosis session we will be embarking on healing co dependent relationships.  One of the main problems with Co Dependent Relationships is that they can have detrimental compound effects on the self esteem as well as confidence levels because they can prevent an individual from truly having a sense of self validation and an inter dependence within.  The symptoms of co dependent relationships whether in love, family or friends can vary, though some of which are people pleasing, having difficulty in making decisions, needing external validation from others, and a poor sense of self/ self esteem.  

Through the process of today's healing session we will be instilling healthy loving boundaries, an ability to assert oneself, value the internal qualities that one carries in relationships to feel validated by self, a sense of self worth, and a direct ability to thrive on communicating authentically.  

One benefit you will notice as well is we will be helping you to release the need to overly obsess and or control someone else's behavior to give you a deeper sense of internal liberation.  

You will naturally notice a feeling of self friendship, patience, and self love through this sessions as you also find the inner strength to remove yourself from any toxic relationships. 

You will be listening to this session with headphones or having the session play on speaker phone with a soft volume adjustment near your ears or in your ears nightly!
