All there will ever be is what’s happening here and the decisions we make in this moment, which are based on either love or fear. The vibration that we carry through our decisions boils back to one of the two, which create either positive movement forward and or create limiting blocks, known as self-sabotage. Those moments when you are flowing and finding life to be on the brink of new and continuous change is where the subconscious mind often times finds ways to create self imposed obstacles and or resistance, to protect you in a state of fear of change, which can be shifted with a slight attitude shift subconsciously and consciously. To change the conscious mind into a compassionate nature will allow the breakthrough of stepping up with courage to do the very tasks associated with continued activity of thought, action, and behavior to instill the habitual practice of success inside and out. Positive commitment to affirmative insight! To move forward with loving intent is to embrace the love of self and infinite aim.

 

In today’s session:

 

  1. We will be finding the positive intention behind the sabotaging behavior and or habit to shift the perspective.

 

  • Defining the problem

*What behaviors are you avoiding?

*When you are doing them?

*What are common triggers?

 

  • Revealing the Underlying Motives
  • Getting to the Core Motives

 

*So many of us choose our path out of fear disguised as practicality. What we really want seems impossibly out of reach and ridiculous to expect, so we never dare to ask the universe for it, let alone believe that our mind can achieve it so were we to dream it and ask. When it does show up, we sabotage, so, identifying will be aiding in the release of that today.

 

*Discovering “WHY” you may be creating self imposed challenges/behaviors – and reaffirming WHY you deserve these changes even more than the old behavior

*Discovering “WHAT” you may be doing to create these challenges /behaviors – and reaffirming WHAT you will be guiding yourself to do instead and doing it NOW as you have the thought, preferably 5 seconds after the thought

*Discovering “HOW” it may be holding you back so that you can release the need to do them – and HOW you will instead move through to remind yourself of what life could be lived like instead.

 

 

  1. We will be creating an awareness of the internal tenant residing in our mind. It speaks to us through self-critical, self-denying, or even self-soothing thoughts known as the “critical inner voice," the purpose of which is to hold us back and keep us in our place. 

 

1) Self Hatred – Here we will be releasing unworthiness and or self doubt based on patterns growing up

2) Comfort – Here we will be releasing the self soothing thoughts making the belief that you are better off where you are and or preventing disappointment associated with moving forward

3) Rigidity – Here we will be releasing the what’s too familiar and the should’s, the can’t, and I won’t statements

4) Fear – Here we will be releasing the feeling and thought process creating numbness, shields, dissatisfaction, ignoring our intuition, and reshaping sadness into experience one of which can be transformed and overcome time and time again.

  • Comparison
  • Low Self Esteem
  • Anger
  • Judgement
  • Anxiety
  • Stress
  • Fear
  • Boredom
  • Hopelessness
  • Avoidance 

Feelings we will be instilling:

  • Confidence
  • Forgiveness
  • Drive
  • Commitment
  • Focus
  • Courage
  • Peace

 

Patterns you will be stopping:

*Negative Reinforcement Cycles of ALL limiting behaviors. – We will be interrupting the cycle and shifting state.

*No longer allowing the old behaviors to take over the mind – We will be creating a 3 part processes,

 1) Identifying state of mind making the decision

2) What is the presenting story the mind is creating and the feeling

3) Changing the strategy of going about things

 

You will be listening to this session with headphones or having the session play on speaker phone with a soft volume adjustment near your ears or in your ears nightly!
