Overcoming College Depression

As college students make this transition of leaving home and embarking on a new phase of their life, depression is a mood disorder that is more identifiable than just a passing sadness and or anxiety, which is exactly what can be the source added challenges that create a spiraling feeling of persistent emptiness.  When the symptoms become identifiable, it’s highly encouraged that the student shares his or her feelings to alleviate the feeling of enduring this alone and to get help, seek solace in the company of friends, supportive family, support groups and or therapy. The National Institute of Mental Health states that depression is the #1 disability amongst the ages 15-24 preventing millions from finishing school and or holding down a job fueling depressed students attending college though not engaging, and or appearing at work, though not actually engaging in work. Creative solutions are extremely important when it comes to managing depression and being able to take action in spite of it. The subconscious mind and Hypnotherapy can help address the cause as well as the symptoms. For today’s purpose we will be seeking to as well resolve any unresolved emotions and or triggers prior to the events, during, and or after to interrupt depression symptoms and allow the venting process to happen during the sleep state unconsciously. It is my deep desire that you find healing and that this session may help you release trauma and replace it with a sense of positive overflow of joy. Enjoy!
