Hello, Beautiful Radiant Beings! 

If there is one thing that the entire collective of conscious humanity that is open, aware, and full of LOVE is ready for is CHANGE!  Trust that it's coming!  You are going to DO IT! I'm sure you would agree that you are ready, right? Fresh new years bring about this sense of a silver lining and though no huge change happens over night when we look back at a year it says a lot about us, those around us, our habits, our thoughts, our behaviors, our subconscious mind, and how we show up in the world.  Each year could be seen from so many perspectives, though the one that will pave the path to a new fulfilling year forward is always going to be through the lense of source love!  Remembering that this is all working for us in an orchestrated higher dimension always guides us back within!  So let's journal it out together! 

As each year comes to a wrap, we can always reflect and honor that it has been filled with more than words can encapsulate, though let's try!  To gift ourselves the ability to look back with holding a solid clear intention of going deep, reflecting deep and living with a clear heart intention to align is where the past be extremely insightful!  Hold yourself accountable here! Don't just say you will do it for you, actually do it for you!   The points of reflection that we take time to nurture are the ones we can utilize as our inner guidance to lead us! To nurture us! To soften the lessons that our spirit is guiding us to! 

That means, reflection.

We all do it, though do we really REALLY do it in our journal?

Yearly, we can blink and it's a new year! So, let's pause.  Let's honor the silence.

Let's breath.  And, let's write.
