In order to give your body a boost, we also need to give your mindset a mental boost as well.  The ability that you have to shape the direction of your day will greatly enhance itself in optimism when you affirm a steady stream of affirmative thoughts in a relaxed state of mind.  As we activate the gratitude for your body and health and healing in today's meditation rampage of gratitude, you will begin to notice alignment in abundant health blessings that you may have not noticed before as we condition you to be more mindful in your health practice.   One big side effect of this continued practice is an overall diminishing of negative self talk, negative emotions and internal struggle to see the positive stream of ability to heal your body truly does have.  
As your immune system has the ability to improve your overall quality of life through an unconscious process of releasing toxic thoughts in meditation, you will be feeling the overall sense of empowerment after today's meditation filled with a powerful stream of alkaline producing feelings and thoughts in regards to your health.  Enjoy!
